The ingredients are of high quality and the Karelian pies come from a local bakery. We tailor the catering and the accompanying program for groups according to their wishes, parties, meetings and idle days are a great success.

Baked potatoes - potato of the day Our baked potatoes are baked in our own oven and the fillings are made according to our own recipes. We change the fillings daily and the salad ingredients also change.
Syrniki - curd pancakes
Syrniki - curd pancakes Syrniki are part of Ukrainian cuisine and are served at SUMMER with delicious creamy soft ice cream and berry jam. Syrniki also melt in the mouth of a Finn.

Karelian Cafe
At the café you can enjoy traditional Karelian pies and vatruskas from Liperi, served with egg butter and seasonal toppings. We also offer classic Finnish pastries.
Ice Cream
From the kiosk you can get classic summer ice cream cones with different flavors. We also serve ice cream dishes – the one in the photo is a creation by our host himself.
Event Service
For parties and meetings, we create unique catering tailored to your event. The cozy upstairs loft of the restaurant accommodates 40 people and downstairs 50 people.

Brunches and banquet tables
Would you like to taste Finnish cooking and pure local ingredients? The answer can be found in SUMMER's special menus, which have been conjured up with chef Pasi Venäläinen (pictured). Pasi knows the Karelian culinary tradition (which is more than just Karelian pies) and combines it with, among other things, wild herbs.
